Nice job you did. His first wife was my immidiate aunt. Maulana Shafullah was my grand father But a new thing I got, by going through your article that Maulana Shafiuallah was his cousine. Certainly you have got this information from his elder son of his first marriage,Late Maulan Azizul Rahman. I, personally am a student of Maulan Saeedul Rahaman Sahib Nadwi. Currently, staying in Riyadh city , KSA since past three decade, working as Ilmul Kalam Professor. Keep on providing us some more information. God almighty bless and help you...
As-salamu 'alaykum,

Jazak'Allah khayran for this. I didn't realise that Mawlana Sa'id al-Rahman A'zami was Hadrat Mawlana Muhammad Ayyub A'zami's (rahimahullah) son.

At an international seminar in remembrance of the life and services of Shaykh al-Hadith Mawlana Muhammad Zakariyya (rahimahullah) that occurred in 2004, Mawlana Sa'id al-Rahman presented an interesting paper concerning the publication of his works by the Nadwah publishing house.

He was also in al-Madinah al-Munawwarah when Shaykh al-Hadith (rahimahullah) passed away, and was involved with the bathing, shrouding, funeral prayer, and burial.

See Dhikr-e-Zakariyya, p.304-319
